How long does it take to shoot a real estate video?
Depending on the size of the home, our videographers will usually shoot a home under 3,000 square feet in under 2 hours.
When can I expect delivery?
Typically you will receive the first draft of your video in 3 business days. Once approved, the final version will be delivered within 24-48 hours
Do I have to be in the video?
While you don’t have to be in the video we do highly recommend it. The goal is not only to market a home, but to market the agent as well. We’ve noticed our videos typically have 50-100 views on them within the first 2 days – the seller sharing their video with their friends and family through email and social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. This is process FREE marketing for the agent.
How long are your real estate videos?
Real estate videos should typically be less than 2 minutes. And linger and you risk losing the viewer as our attention spans continue to shrink. That is not to say we wont create longer videos if you request, we know a buyer interested in a specific home with watch the video in its entirety whether it be 2 minutes or 20.
Can I use my video in the MLS?
Yes and No. The branded version of your video, with you in it, your logo and contact information cannot be used in the Multiple Listing Service. This is why we provide you with an UNBRANDED version of your video as well.
Where should I put my video?
At the least your video should be on the world’s 2nd largest search engine and 3rd largest website – YouTube. But that is certainly not the only place it should be. In addition to YouTube we recommend the video be placed on your website, facebook, twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, Vimeo, Linkedin. All links from these channels should be pointing back to your website where the video is embedded (We will provide the embed code)
Who Owns My Video?
Unlike other media companies, we believe you should own your own video. While we do reserve the right to use the videos on our own website in its entirety for promotional purposes, in most cases we release all the rights to you for you to use your video as you see fit.
