Aerial Video

January 16, 2014 By realdealio

If you want a unique way of telling your story HMC can deliver. Through the use of Aerial videography and photography we can literally go “higher” than ever before to get the shots from altitudes and angles previously unavailable. Aerial video marketing is not the future, it is the here and now. Whether you are a real estate agent or a small business owner, aerial video is one of the most effective forms of marketing to reach the largest pool of potential buyers.

The benefits of aerial photography & videography are worth your attention. Real estate agents benefit from the unique perspective brought by positioning a camera at a height from 100-400 feet, not just marketing the home, but the subdivision or community as well. Builders benefit from documenting their sites and communities from the air, before, during and after construction with videos and photos. Golf courses benefit by showing an aerial view of each hole, sand trap and quality of the greens. Many golfers want to see the course layout prior to paying or playing. Resorts benefit by showing the entire grounds at a birds eye perspective. Before a guest books a room they will likely look online for reviews, amenities, pictures and video. Aerial video allows them to “feel” the grounds by showing the layout of the property.

Give us a call or fill out the form below, we will tell you more about our video packages and how we can find the very best video tour package for you.

Green Screen

January 15, 2014 By realdealio

Green screen refers to a production technique used to make people or products look like they are somewhere they aren’t. The subject is filmed against a plain background, which is either green or blue. The background is later “keyed”.

Keying or Chroma Keying is the process of isolating a single color value in an electronic image. Once isolated, software is used to make that value transparent, allowing another image to show through the affected area(s).
